Show funeral services held for harriet D hulet funeral services were held here last friday af afternoon for mrs harriet dalley hulet whose pas sing was reported in last week issue of this paper the services were held in the east ward chapel under the direction of bishop W L adams after which she was buried at summit where she had lived for many years services commenced with the choir directed by bv ormon weight and with florence marsden at the piano singing 1 I know that my redeemer lives with win dalton singing the solo the invocation was offered by john L lowder after which the choir sang that beautiful lan kanj speakers were barbara M adams and bishop W L adams of this city and heber harrison of newcastle where the hulets lived for many years other musical numbers were vere a solo that wonderful mother of mine by rula D orton with itha at the piano a violin solo by ormon R weight a guitar solo auld lang syne by charles elliott and the closing song Flo Flowe by a mixed quartet consisting of ormon weight delia Della marsden wm and mary dalton david matheson offered the benediction edic tion after which the funeral cortege went to summit where burial took place under the direction of bishop otto dalley with J I 1 phillip dalley dedicating the grave gravel A very large number of people from summit newcastle and other places were in attendance at the funeral and there was a profusion of beautiful flowers which denoted the high esteem in which the deceased was held by her relatives and associates |
