Cross country skiing program The U.S. Ski Coaches Association and the U.S. Ski ngSff WAU present a cross "ntry skiing program on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p m at the Treasure Mountain Inn. It is open to cross country skiers, coaches, parents, ski shop personnel and instructors and will cover the latest skiing techniques, drills and equipment used by the U.S. Ski Team. Call 649-6670 for more information. 1011 Food distribution guidelines Effective Oct. 1, households applying for the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) must certify their household income falls below 85 of the federal poverty guidelines. For example, a household of four with a gross (before any deductions are taken out) income of $18,870 would be eligible to receive aid. TEFAP is a food donation program administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture under the Food Distribution Program.
