Show and were very good. They sang at the resort plaza on Christmas Eve for the "Torchlight "Tor-chlight Parade" They were vere very well accepted at all the programs. If you have not registered as one of this group do so, they practice every Wednesday Wednes-day night at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. This is a fun program and educational edu-cational as well. Jim Santy and his wife, Carol are a fun couple and you can learn to sing, so join with this group for an evening of fun and relaxation. This is not only a program for the young but for all ages. Register for the Community Com-munity Education Program, Tuesday, Jan. 6 from 6-8 p.m. at the Park City High Library. Classes in beginners begin-ners sewing, shop and pottery pot-tery will begin that week. Other classes will begin as enrollment grows. If you are unable to register on the 6th contact Nan McPolin at 649-9417 between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 5 or 6. My cup runneth over, I thank Thee, Lord , each day. Audrey Stevens will be one of the climbers who will attempt at-tempt to reach above 13,000 feet on the Tetons. This is a yearly thing with many. One old timer who guides them has been doing this for many years. New Year's day is set for their goal to reach their height so when you are watching on TV or listening to it, watch for Audrey, she will be there. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Cran-dall Cran-dall and Leon Jr. and Janice were weekend visitors at the homeof Mr. and Mrs. Ken Kummer. Also visiting were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Baker, Dale, DonandDeniceandMr. and Mrs. Stanley Carter. Shelley Crandall is visiting from Garden Grove, Cant., and returned to Huntington with her brother for a short visit. She has also been visiting vis-iting with her father, Earl Crandall and brothers of Salt. Lake City. I received "many cards from many old friends, some of whom I had not heard from in a long time, Dora. Blanchard, Mary Collett, Jim Norton, Elsie Sullivan, Jill Clayton, Jimmy Goo, Kize Thompson and many more. Druscilla Thomas is out of the hospital for a month. She was released and flew to University City where she is with her daughter and family. Herb and Dixie Burton will help her out until she returns to the hospital for surgery on he r feet. We all wish Druscilla joy and happiness with her family for the holidays holi-days and seeing her back home after surgery. The Bi-centennial Chorus made many appearances through this holiday season |
