Franchise Agreement. The Electrical Utility Franchise Agreement between Summit County and Rocky Mountain Power (the “Franchise”), consisting of 15 pages, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, which has been filed for use and examination in the office of the Clerk of Summit County, Utah, is hereby adopted by the Council, sitting in its role as the highway authority, and the Chair is authorized to sign and execute the Franchise Agreement on behalf of the County.
