Stand-Up Comedy at the Egyptian Theatre Stand-up comedians Jodi Miller and Ross Bennett will perform at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1 and 2, at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St. Miller was seen on Season 9 of “America’s Got Talent,” as well as “Gotham Comedy Live.” She is currently on the syndicated comedy game show “Funny You Should Ask,” where she is also the head writer. For 30 years Bennett, who dropped out of West Point to do stand-up, has led a comedy attack armed with an expressive delivery and real life topics. Saturday tickets range from $19-$29. Park City Film: ‘Honeyland’ Park City Film will present Tamara Kotevska and Ljubomir Stefanov’s documentary, “Honeyland,” not rated, from through Sunday, Nov. 3, at the Park City Library’s Jim Santy Auditorium, 1255 Park Ave. Saturday’s screenings will begin at 8 p.m. Sunday’s screening starts at 6 p.m. One of the most awarded film out of this year’s Sundance Film Festival, “Honeyland” is about Hatidze Muratova, who lives with her ailing mother in the mountains of Macedonia, and cultivates honey using ancient beekeeping traditions. When an unruly family moves in next door, what at first seems like a balm for her solitude, becomes a source of tension as the family, too, wants to practice beekeeping, while disregarding her advice. This group covers topics relevant to all people struggling with any type of disordered eating.
