SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH ORDINANCE NO. 490 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SUMMIT PARK PLAT "H" SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Summit Park Plat "H" Subdivision was approved by Summit County and recorded in 1960; and WHEREAS, an application applica-tion to amend the Summit Park Plat "H" Subdivision was filed with Summit County on September 26, 2003, by Troy & Penny Siebert, property owners, in order to combine lots 12 & 13 into one lot and eliminate a portion of the lots , that is currently owned by U.D.O.T.; and WHEREAS, the Utah State Code, Sections 17-27-808 thru 17-27-810 and Section 72-3-108 provide pro-vide a mechanism to vacate, va-cate, alter andor amend subdivision plats; and WHEREAS, the Snyder-ville Snyder-ville Basin Planning Commission Com-mission reviewed the request re-quest on April 13, 2004, and forwarded a recommendation recom-mendation to the Summit County Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners to approve the request re-quest as proposed; and WHEREAS, a notice was sent to all property owners potentially affected by the request as required in the Utah State Code, Sections Sec-tions 52-4-6 and 17-27-809, and no written comments com-ments to the request were received by Summit County in the time provided, provid-ed, therefore, a public hearing was not required; and WHEREAS, there is good cause to amend the subdivision sub-division plat and the amendment will not be detrimental or materially injure the public or any person.
