The Park City Community Coalition announces the First Annual Dirtbag Ball on Friday, November 9 from 7 p.m. till midnight at the Elks Lodge on Main Street. Tacky and dirt-baggy is the fashion flair for this pre-season bash. A King and Queen will be crowned near Midnight. Admission is just $5.00. SUB-FOR-SANTA - The Ecumentical Council of Churches Chur-ches of Park City is conducting its Sub-For-Santa program pro-gram again this year in Summit County. The number of families needing assistance has greatly increased. For that reason they will serve children to age 18 only. Families needing help should pick up an application at either the County Health office at 1753 Sidewinder (649-9072) or the Social Services office at 1764 Prospector Ave. (649-6018). These should be returned by November 15. Anyone wishing to help provide a most needed article of clothing or most desired toy or other item for needy children may contact Evelyn Richards at 649-7465, the County Health office or Social Services at the numbers mentioned above.
