Show Neil Perce Winn Neil Perce Winn, 68, died March 26 in a Salt Lake City hospital. He was born Feb. 7, 1917 in Roosevelt, Utah to James Alfred and Elizabeth O'Neil Winn. He married Blanche Giles on Aug. 20, 1954. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on April 30, 1965. He lived in Park City most of his life and worked in the Silver King mine. He also worked as a security guard for Salt Lake County. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the LDS church. Survivors include his wife, West Jordan; children, Neil Winn, Whitehall, Illinois; Mrs. David (Valerie) Mitchell, Midvale; stepchildren, Mrs. Bob (Joan) Stanley, Missoula, Montana; Mrs. Ray (Wanda) Dudley, Heber City; Mrs. E. S. (Janette) Petersen, Clearfield; Mrs. Dennis (Colleen) McGuire, Salt Lake City; Gary Collins, Murray; Wayne Heward, West Jordan; Jay Heward, Midvale; 30 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; sisters, brother, Mrs. John (Mary) Lacroix, Dell, both Salt Lake City; Betty Chadwick, Grantsville. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at West Jordan 56th Ward. Burial will be in Redwood Memorial Estates. |
