Show Lawrence (Ted) Frantz Lawrence (Ted) Frantz, a former Park City miner, died on Aug. 12. He was 79. He was bom March 8, 1905 in Park City to Harrison Brandon and Mary Alice Pace Frantz. He married Elsie Jane Gines on Aug. 20, 1924 in Coalville. Besides his mining activity, he was a retired truck driver for the State of Utah. Survivors include his wife; children Norman G. (Bud) Frantz, Mrs. Don (Rowene) Van Tassell (all of Draper); Mrs. Noel (Wilma) Vawdrey (Smicksburg, Pennsylvania); Morris T. (Moe) Frantz (Salt Lake); Reed H. Frantz (Kamas); 22 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by daughter Mona Jean Lemon in December, 1966. Funeral services were held Wednesday. Burial was in Larkin Sunset Gardens. Fannie N. Louder Fannie N. Louder, a former Park City elementary school teacher, died August 13 in a Salt Lake City convalescent home. She was 86. Louder was born May 30, 1898, in Finland to John and Louisa Skuthalla Nyman. She graduated from the University of Utah and then lived in Park City for over 50 years. While a resident here she was an active member of Rebecca Lodge and also served as secretary for the Summit County Department of Public Welfare. She is survived by four daughters Patricia K. Weiman (California), Claudia L Glacoma (Colorado), and Rayda L Hansen and Audrey L Young both of Salt Lake City. Also by three sons, W.J. Louder (Indiana), Wallace K. Louder (illinois) and Delbert S. Louder of Salt Lake City, and 15 grandchildren. Louder will be buried today at the Park City Cemetery at 1 2 :30 p.m. |
