"I wanted to show the students' parents that it is never too late to start karate and that I can still challenge my black belts." True to his word, Dr. Pierce left his sick bed for the occasion and scored the majority of the points (except for when the 'Lil Dragon' Hutchison, 60th Donald and Jewell Hutchison celebrated their 60th anniversary on April 10, 2007. They were married mar-ried April 10, 1947 in Lindon. Donald worked at General Refractories until retirement. He loves to farm and has an orchard of peaches and apples. He was a very good bowler and loved to go boating to Lake Powell. Jewell completed 12 years of schooling, owned a drapery shop for 20 years, and she raised 12 beautiful children. She loves to bowl and has bowled in 29 national nation-al bowling tournaments. They have been going to Quartzite, Arizona in the fall for the past 20 years. The Hutchinson's have 5 children: chil-dren: Annette Hutchison; Sandy, Colleen Bills; Cedar City, Scott Hutchison; St. George, Elaine Lit-tleford; Lit-tleford; Pleasant Grove, and Steve Hardy, Jim and Pat Hardy celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on April 12, 2007. Safarian capacity with the Army have distinguished themselves by meritorious meri-torious service or achievement while serving in a combat or non-combat non-combat area. Safarian is a fife instrumentalist in-strumentalist assigned to The Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps, Fort Myer, Arlington, Va. She is the daughter of Dennis R. and Helen M. Shields of Orem. The Bonds and the interest thereon will not be a debt of the City or of the State of Utah or any political subdivision subdi-vision of the State, and neither the City nor the State of Utah or any political po-litical subdivision of the State will be liable thereon. In no event will the Bonds or the interest thereon be payable out of any funds or properties other than those of the City expressly pledged as security for the Bonds. The Bonds will not constitute an indebtedness of the City within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory debt limitation or restriction. This public hearing is required by the Tax Reform Act of 1986. Interested Inter-ested individuals are invited to express their views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed issue of Bonds and the location and nature of the Project.
