EMER-GENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OREM CITY, UTAH: Section I. That the following fol-lowing described land, as shown in the Revised Ordinance Or-dinance of Orem City, Utah, and more particularly particu-larly as shown on the Major Ma-jor Street Plan and Zone Map of Orem City, be, and is hereby changed, amended and modified to show such land as lying and being within the C-l zone,to-wit: Commencing at a point 190 feet west, more or less, of the northeast corner of section 16 township 6 south range 2E Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence westerly west-erly along the center of 400NorthStreet95feet, thence southerly 12C feet more or less, thence easterly 95 feet more or less, thence northerly along the property line 120 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
