There is to be no special registration reg-istration of voters for such election el-ection and the official register of voters last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Clerk of Utah County will register reg-ister at his office during the regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sat-urdays, S undays and holidays, and except during the ten-day period immediately preceeding the bond election, any person who on the day of the election will be a qualified elector eighteen years of age or older and will register reg-ister such person as provided Inlaw. The length of road to be constructed con-structed or improved is 1.433 miles, and the principal items of work are approximately as follows: fol-lows: Roadway excavation 10,500 cubic yards, untreated base course 5300 tons, Bitimumous surface course 6300 tons, Seal coat 1950 tons, concrete curb, and gutter 13,800 linear foot, concrete sidewalk 2700 linear feet. The project is to be completed complet-ed in 120 working days. Prequalification of bidders is required.
