S. 189 The Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Utah County herewith advises all interested persons or groups of the proposed construction con-struction of Project No. CR-138 (1) on FAS No. 222 inUtah County. All are hereby invited to attend and to participate in a Location Public Hearing on said project which will be held on Thursday, December 16, 1971, at 7:30p.m., in the Council Room, Orem City Center, Orem, Utah. Governing officials of Utah County andOrem City have been advised. The proposed location of the project is as follows: Beginning at the intersection of U. S. 91 and Center Street and proceeding proceed-ing east along Center Street approximately ap-proximately one mile to its termination ter-mination at 800 East Street and then continuing easterly on new alignment approximately one mile, to a nsM. on U.. Hills and Fred Carlson at Boy's State held in Logan, Utah at the Utah State University. Yvonne Gourdin and Edna Locke related the proceedings proceed-ings of Girls' State when they spent a week there this June in Cedar City, Utah. They were there at Girls' State with 365 ' other girls from all over the state of Utah. Special guests attending our meeting from out of town were Commander Max Luellyn from Payson and' his wife Betty Luellyn, District President for the Women's Auxiliary. Other proceedings of our joint meeting were: State President, Afton Oborn from Payson, told of her rewarding reward-ing experience as Girl' State Assistant As-sistant this summer.
