Dr. Richard Clark presented pre-sented a film on early cancer can-cer detection. The club members and their guests participated in a question and answer session with Dr. Clark. Members received copies of the Club's revised constitution, the activities scheduled for the coming com-ing year and an up-to-date listing list-ing of the members. Mrs. Gary (Dixie) Farr and Mrs. Larry (Diane) Christensen acted as co-hostesses for the evening and served refreshments. They have lived in Lakeview for 50 years and in their pres-.ent pres-.ent home for 46 years. During this time they have been active in many church and civic affairs. af-fairs. Mr. Madsen was born Nov. 4, 1895 at Lakeview. Mrs. Madsen was born at Ephraim but lived in Ogden before her marriage. They are the parents of eight children, 43 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Saturday evening a family reunion re-union will be held with all the children present except Duane, who is a chaplain in Germany. Those planning to attend are: Mrs. Duane Madsen from Mesa, Arizona; Mr. and Mrs. Milo W. Madsen from Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne (Leone) Blair from Clearfield; Mr. and' Mrs. Elman (Bertha) Jackson from Edgemont; Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Madsen from Lakeview; and Mr. and Mrs. R.LaVorMad sen, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur (Donna) Paulson, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul (Ruth) Reese, all from Orem, Cotillion Members Tour Homes-Study Homes-Study Decorating Members of the Utah Valley National Honors Cotillion par ticipated in a Home Tour Satur day. Beginning the event was an Interior Decorating class given by Mrs.BerneUClowardatZion's Upholstry and Furnishings Com' pany. The home tours consisted of the following: A BYU girl's dorm, a newlywed's cottage, a Spanish decor, and Early American with Swiss accent, a Contemporary decor, a Classic Contemporary, and A Victorian decor. Preceding the visits Mrs. David Stimpson gave a resume on each home. Mr. Shriver reviewed the characteristics char-acteristics which make for success. suc-cess.
