There will be no meeting meet-ing on Sunday evening. A Christmas party was enjoyed enjoy-ed by Sunday School officers and teachers and their partners on Sunday evening. The Junior class in Sunday School enjoyed party Monday night at the home of Bishon Allan Johnson. The teachers, Ida Cook and Crna Cartai sup ervised the games. Refreshments, Re-freshments, were served to Gaye Willoughby, Carolyn Howards, Marilyn Hudson, Miriam Swan, Thad Johnson, McKay Snow, Larry Hansen, Orvel Edwards, Phil Harris, Lee Hudson and Darrell Allred. The Second Intermediate class of the Sunday School was entertained by their teacher, Mrs. Lila Keith, assisted by Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cook. Games were played and Christmas car ols sung. Each child received a gift. Refreshments were served to Calette Carter, Marie Varley, Aris Yergenson, Gail Keith, Ronnie Hansen, Sterling Cook, Janis Peters, Phyllis Nelson, Sterling Burningham, Re Nae Howards, LuAnn Smith, Howard Gray, Grant Cragun, Diane Thompson and Betty Jo Cragun. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Steele, GenaVee and DaNec attended a family gathering on Sunday at the home of Mrs. Wassel Washburn Wash-burn of Provo. They helped Mr-and Mr-and Mrs. David Black, Mrs. Steele's parents, celebrate their 57th wedding anniversary. The MIA and Relief Society will hold their regular meetings on January 2- The Christmas Day Sunday School program will begin at 9:30 a.m. Each class will be represented rep-resented on the program which will include "Story of Christ's Birth," Elva Peterson; a Christmas Christ-mas story; "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day,'' Second Intermediate In-termediate group; a mixed quartet quar-tet by Rube, Delos and Ethel Pyne and Melba Calder; "Silent Night", Missionary group; Piano solo, LaRae Anderson: and a vocal solo by Jeannine Pratt. Regular Primary will not be held on Saturday, but at 4 p.m. that afternoon a special Christmas Christ-mas party will be given for the (children. A visit from jSanta will climax the party and goodies good-ies will fie distributed to all present- Parents are invited to bring all the family. Explorer Scoits and Junior girls held a musical everting recently re-cently and listened to various types of recorded music in order or-der to develop their understanding understand-ing and appreciation of them. LaReita Ercanbrack sang "White Christmas; Louise Sackett fclayj ed "Star of the East"; Epn Twitchell played accordian num bers and a male quartet sang two original numbers. Nanalee J- Stratton led the group In community com-munity singing. The MIA held their Christmas program on Monday evening. Musictil numbers were presented by Eph Twitchell, Nina Strattin, Glojina Johnson, Romona Hansen, Han-sen, Vern and Nina Stratton, and a group of M Men and Gleaner girls. Stratton home. Colored pictures taken on their vacation trip through the California Redwood forest were shown by the honored honor-ed guest and his wife to the assembled as-sembled group. Senator and Mrs. A. V. Walking and daughters, Nina and Jeanine left last week for their home in Arlington, Va.
