I have to fix thisr Candy Belliston grew up in Arizona, and met her husband, hus-band, Dick, at Brigham Young University. All four of their now-married children were athletes at BYU; three daughters daugh-ters were swimmers and their son played baseball. Dick is an administrator in the school district, and coached at Orem High. The Bellistons logged many hours at Orem's swimming pools and baseball parks. "I had my kids do the things I loved to do growing up," Candy said. "Now, their kids are involved in swimming and baseball. All of those things bring you closer. If kids are involved, parents have to be involved, and the kids feel that love and support. This is her first year teaching a half -day, which has given her the extra time to dedicate to Summerfest. More judges may still be needed for the contest, Belliston said.
