After the arrest of Jones, FBI agents took him to Salt Lake County Jail. As the Utah County group came back they saw Hart and his female companion, Hernandez in his motor home near Cedar Fort. He was stopped stop-ped and his motor home searched with his consent. Found were an illegal machine gun, two stolen guns, and some illegal drugs. On the basis of this, the two were charged with these offenses, placed under arrest, and taken to Utah County Jail. Those officers involved in-volved were Colledge, Fox, Holley, Bateman, and Swat team members Owen Quarnberg, Jerry Scott, Gary Clayton, Jim Tracy, and Pete Bell of Utah County; Sheriff Nourse and Deputy Laky of Canyon County, Idaho; Sheriff Walt Schubert and , several deputies of Tooele County; and Roger Babcock , Kay Brooks, and other FBI Swat team members.
