Fail, former resident of Payson, died Friday Fri-day of injuries suffered when she was struck by a truck in the family driveway. She was born Nov. 3, 1972, a daughter, of Richard E. and Jackie Olsen Fail. Surviving includes: great-grandparents, great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Noal Butler of Orem. Luriean A. Mrs. Peay suffered a cerebral hemorrhage. She was born in Fountain Green, Sanpete County, September Sep-tember 16, 1907'to Nephi Anderson An-derson and Vilate Johnson Anderson. An-derson. She was married to Ellis Y. Peay June 4, 1930 in the Salt Lake Temple. Mrs. Peay received her early education in the Provo City' schools and attended the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University. Following Follow-ing her marriage she and her husband owned and operated Peay's Market in Provo for 16 years. Since that time they have been working together in the real estate business and involved in-volved in raising and showing Arabian horses. The Peays moved to Orem in 1956. Geneal was a member of Cleofan Club, the Riverside Country Club Ladies Bowling League, and the Nautilus Social Unit, BYU. She leaves her husband, and two sons: Robert E. Peay, Provo; Pro-vo; and Max N. Peay, of Los Angeles, California; one daughter, Mrs. Lynn (Beverly) Tregagle of Orem; and seven grandchildren; four sisters: Mrs. Leonard (Julia Wall) of Bell Gardens, Calif.; Mrs. Clifford Clif-ford (Erma) Carlston of Glen-dale, Glen-dale, California; Mrs. Earl (Margaret) McPherson, Provo; and Mrs. Larry (Donna) Hewitt, Granger; three brothers: Robert Rob-ert N.
