Machele Leone was the name gven to the baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dixon Larsen in fast meeting Sunday. She was blessed by her grandfather, Ed Simmons. The Relief Society was reorganized reor-ganized on Sunday. Released were Mary Mitchell, president;! Eva Heaps and Hazel Liston. counselors and Lillie Cordner. secretary. They have served since the ward was divided. New officers sustained were Eva Heaps, president; Eva Miller and Bertha Murdock, counselors and Mrs. Harlan Thomas, secretary. About forty officers and 'eachers of the Sunday School aitended a party Saturday evening ev-ening at the church honoring Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Beagley (Betty (Bet-ty Hodgkinson) who were recently re-cently married. Both have been active in the Sunday School Boyd as a teacher and Betty as secretary. A program of musical numbers and toasts was given and a gift presented to the couple by Doyle Robertson. Mrs. Melda Hacking was in charge of the program and games were under the direction of LaVon Harward. Refreshments were served. Twelve members of the Deacons Deac-ons quorum enjoyed a trip on Saturday. They were accompanied accompani-ed by Roy Humphreys of the bishopric and Scoutmaster Bud Fternes, They went to Logan Canyon early in the morning and camped there for breakfast then went on to Bear Lake where they enjoyed swimming and boating. On the return trip they visited the site of the grave of Martin Harris who was one of the three witnesses to the Boole of Mormon.
