Motorcycle fee receipts declined de-clined from $4,000 to $3,000 in round numbers, or 21 percent. There were some fluctuations in other fees collected by the motor vehicle division of the state tax commission; but they were small in amount. The total of all fees classed as motor vehicle ve-hicle registration fees (that is. exclusive of fees collected under anti-theft laws, also administered administer-ed by the motor vehicle division) was $2,637,438 31 or 11.6 percent per-cent more than the $2,362,643.96 collected in the previous 12 month period.
