Regarding the closing dates of fishing waters and the opening ciates of the hunting season, as well as for special regulations in either case, department spokesmen spokes-men advise that sportsmen check the proclamations for all special information. All permits for the special deer hunts on the Salt Lake, East Heaston, Vernon-Tintic, West Heaston and Stansbury hunting units have been sold. Permits for the Salt Lake and East Heaston units were oversubscribed over-subscribed 5 to 1 and 4 to 1 re spectively. Public drawing for ihese units was held Sept. 18 at the Capitol building. Successful applicants will be notified by mail within the next 10 days. Unsuccessful applicants will have their money returned as rapidly as possible.
