continue to operate its feed mill at 860 W 24th while a reorganization plan is formulated The cooperative 1 has nine employees Formed in 1981 as a non-prof- it organization to acquire the mer RJ Wight poultry feed mill the cooperative has 34 members in Davis Weber and Box Elder counties Garland farmer Boyd for- Munns is president A Chapter bankruptcy allows a company to continue operating while working out a reorganization plan with its creditors In its bankruptcy petition Mount Ogden Feed Cooperative 1 1 lists debts totaling $175948 owned to 20 creditors The two largest are the Ogden-base- d Farmers Grain Coop $37536 and Intermountain Farmers Association of Salt Lake City $50656 Zaugg who became manager a month ago said a number of factors forced the bankruptcy filing but “our big
