traffic in Ogden Sgt Ray M Clawson a traffic officer for many years was appointed city traffic engineer devoting his entire time to traffic studies His recommendations for improving traffic complications as well as parking problems will be handed to the city manager for consideration Sgt Clawson will work in close cooperation with the city planning commission which last year began a
