A cloudburst I which swept Magna shortly before noon Wednesday caused the death of Wnldon Rills Ye&tes, 6-yenr-old son of Mr nnd Mrs. George L. Yeates, and brought a property damage of $50-000. $50-000. The cloudburst broke in the mountains southwest of the town i rin Lydlck brakeman on the Bing-ham Bing-ham & Garfield railroad, was knocked from his engine when struck by lightening, light-ening, four houses were either com-pletely com-pletely or partially demolished and the tracks of the B. & O rfillroad were wash- d out. The Yeates child was drowned despite de-spite precautions taken by his mother, who, when she observed the storm coming, placed him with his sister in the attic of their home expecting the youngsters would be safe from thi menacing waters. !
