Show WALLACE FLAT IN REFUSAL TO RUN SALT LAKE, Aug. 26 William R. Wallace, who was nominated at th Democratic convention for cotigrsss- t man of the Second district, yesterday ' went on record as absolutely refusing refus-ing to allow his name to be presented for election ; Mr. Wallace said that he wanted it understood that when he declined the j nomination two weeks ago tho decision de-cision then was final and that he had at no time wince on so much as intimated in-timated that he might change his mind.
