Show She Probate Cocet. Tho regular March Term of the Probate Court commenced on Monday last, at ten o'clock a.m., at the Court House. The case of Martin II. Harris v. Rich ard H. White, an action on Promissory note, was continued till Monday next at the request of tho plaintiff. After disposing of one or two divorce cases the Court adjourned till Wednesday the ICth inst. On Wednesday, the ICth, the case of Burton & Olsen v. T. M. Wood, in assumpsit, was called. Parties present. After hearing the case, judgment was rendered for plaintiffs in the sum of two hundred and eieht dollars ($208). ourt adjourned till Monday next. Junction.
