Sorenson sued the railroad company to recover for personal injuries, and the verdict of the Jury was in favor of the company. Charles E. Burk was granted a divorce from Mary Z. Burk on the grounds of cruelty Monday by George ti. Barker. Burke was directed to pay 125 monthly for the support of a minor child who is now in California with the mother. Byron Alder, professor of poultry husbandry at the U. S. A. C. of Logan, will meet with Weber county poultry men this evening at Weber county high school. A. L. Christianson, county agent, states that Prof. Alder will discuss general problems legarding poultry raising and will also explain the college courses to le given in that industry. Judge George S.
