Show THE OGDEN POST 8 Cunningham Held APARTMENT AND Blameless for the Death of Drysdale HOME BUILDERS USE KELVINATOR Ogden Electric Company Agents for Improved Electric Refrigeration System; Many Fea tures Which Mahe for Real Convenience and Economy Thomas Cunningham, a city constable, was found blameless for the death of Thomas Ilrydale, who died January 15,, from the gunshot wound inflicted by Cunningham on the early of December 29, in the Oxford roomThe ing house on Kiesel avenue. verdict of the coroners Jury was re turned late Wednesday afternoon to Ogden apartment house builders are City Judge John A. Hendricks, adopting the Kelvinator electric refrigeration aa the system to furnish comfort and convenience to their tenants. This is the encouraging report made to I. A. Ilerdti, manager of the Ogden Electric company, 2556 Washington avenue, agent for the Kelvinator. The acceptance of the Kelvinator agency by one of Ogdens old established and reliable electric companies was made after a thorough investigation of the system. The company has installed the Kelvinator in many Ogden homes and some of the apartment houses, notahly the Flowers and the Wardleigh apartments, where it has given perfect satisfaction. The many inquiries that have been made of the Ogden Electric company indicate that before the summer hot months arrive the Kelvinator will be found in many more homes and apartments. Manager Herdti said some of the points that make the Kelvinator lead is the convenience, it acts as the guardian of foods, it is economy in itself, and an institution that ran be maintained in the home or apartment at a very low cost Since 1914 the makers of Kelvinator refrigeration system have worked upon it to make it a dependable and economical system of electric refrigeration. Those labors have been crowned with success, as indicated by the thousands added to the great numbers of users of Kelvinator, the name that stands for responsibility and the reputation WOMENS APPAREL New Frocks in which all the style features of the season's mode are most charmingly expressed. ex-of-fi- rn coroner. The inquest over the body of Drys dale occupied two days, and a number of witnesses were examined. The principal witnesses were Misses Nina Jond and Minnie Thomas, who conduct he Oxford. The testimony set forth thst Drysdale had entered the rooming louse a short time before midnight and asked for a room. The women informed him that all the rooms were taken. It was said that Drysdale, who was under the influence of liquor, then started down rtairs and turned back. lie is said to have had something glittering in his hand which the women thought was a revolver. The women ran down the hall past Cunninghams room screaming, and the constable rushed to the door with his revolver. When he saw Drysdale with what, Cunningham thought was a revolver in his hand, he fired. Drysdale fell to the floor and it was found that he carried an empty flask in his hand. Drysdale was removed to the police station where it was found he had been wounded, and he was rushed to the Dee hospital, where he lingered for 16 days before his death. Drysdale leaves a widowed mother and two children. Ilia wife died two years ago. of a great American corporation. The operation of the Kelvinator will be lower than ever with the power rates reduction, as wss announced by the Utah Power and Light company, to become effective February 14. The Kelvinator company says: "To appreciate fully the convenience of Kelvinator electric refrigeration, you must fix one fact firmly in your mind. Kelvinator i$ the one electric convenience for the home that serves ts owner every minute of every day in the year. It is a mistake to think that Kelvinator merely puts an end to the work and worry incidental to refrigeration. To be sure this is a most apparent advantage. Certainly it is a wonderful thing to have your refrigerator kept cold by an automatic electric device that permits you to forget the routine which you have heretofore accepted as a matter of course. But carry these advantages further think of their effect on your daily routine-an- d still greater convenience becomes apparent. As soon as Kelvinator is installed in your home you ran come and go to suit yourself, even in the hottest weather. If you want to go shopping you, don't have to wait until the refrigerator is filled. If you suddenly decide to go on a week-en- d motor trip you simply go; you don't have to think about the food you have on hand. And when you return there is plenty of wholesome food ready for a quick meal. With Kelvinator your marketing is greatly simplified. It is at the temperature of fifty degrees. Government food experts tell us that when foods are kept at or below that temperature, they can be ' kept almost indefinitely. The government gives us actual figures. Here they are: At temperatures from 40 degrees to 50 degrees, the rate of hacterial growth is only about ane of what it is at corresponding temperatures between 50 degrees and 60 degrees. When a Kelvinator is installed it is regulated to maintain automatically1 that perfect range of temperature of from 40 degrees to 50 degrees. That zone of temperature is the famous 'Zone of Kelvination.
