Williams, to spend the summer I abroad, was the guest of honor at a luncheon given by Miss Margaret Anderson and Miss Virginia Hunter at the Ogden Country club Monday afternoon. Roses of delicate color centered the luncheon table, where covers were laid for Miss Williams, Miss Geraldine Fitzgerald, Miss Jeanne Vail, Miss Elpha Morse, Miss Elaine Evans, Miss Alice Dunn, Miss Elaine Stevens, Miss Betty Goddard, Miss Beatrice Brown, Miss Beatrice Allen, and the hostesses. Bridge was enjoyed after luncheon. Dr. and Mrs. Sidney W. Badcon left the latter part of the week for Toronto, Canada, where they will attend I the Shriners convention. Following their stay in Toronto they will motor to New York, Philadelphia, and Washington. They will be away a month. Miss Jean Chez, who will be married in New York on June 26 to Arthur Seavers Chapman, Jr., will be the honor guest this evening at a Bohemian dinner in Ogden canyon to be given by Miss Gwendolyn McRey-nold- s. Ogden Historical society members met at Green Gables tea room Saturday afternoon for their annual luncheon which ia the closing festivity of the club year. Yellow and white, the club colors, were featured in the floral decorations, and other luncheon table appointments. After luncheon an interesting program was given.
