Mrs. Dodge charges that he has been guilty of cruelty toward her; I has consorted with other women; declared he does not love her and defied her to get a divorce. The plaintiff seeks custody of their three minor children and reasonable alimony. The couple were married in Ogden June 6 1923. George Chappie, serving thirty days in the city jail on a charge of having liquor in his possession, was pardoned by the city commission Monday afternoon upon the recommendation of Chief of Police Harry S. Anderson. Victor II. Welker, 30, of 2130 Pin-gravenue, a machinist helper for the Southern Pacific railroad, received serious injury to his left hand Monday afternoon while working in the companys roundhouse here. He was removed to the Dee hospital. His fingers were badly mashed and may have to be amputated. The Junior Traffic police system has been installed in two junior high schools of Ogden.
