Rowe on Eccles avenue. Reports a hi xuti-iss-. The children at the nursery represent a group of children to be outfitted, both for school and home. When they enter the home some of them are shabby, and some almost ragged. The faces of some are sad and dejected, lacking the lovli-neand joys of childhood. But whatever their appearance, and whatever the thoughts they brought with them, they are all expectant, eagerly waiting for the bright spot in life. The donations received will make happy the sad fuces, and will give the child a new, clean dress andshabby other wearing apparel, and will supplant those wistful and expectant looks with pleased and satisfied expression. A pair of new pants for a shabby one for a small hoy may be the marker of a budding ambition which will undoubtedly bring good results, both to the boy and to all the world. A little bit of bright yarn or color in decorating a dress for a dull child may start a love for something beautiful in life and keep the feet of some child in the path of safety in spite of all ss from the various committee chairmen of the drive put on instead of the annual Martha society ball were given.
