Mr. Dinsmore said that the improvements would not only add to Ogden wealth but would, provide a substantial payroll during the period of construction. The Idaho Blatter The meeting, which was one of representative business men of the city with the traffic committee of the chamber, waa called to order by President James H. DeVine, who briefly rehearsed the facts of the rate hearing and the reason for inviting business men to attend. Mr. DeVine declared that Ogden is not in opposition to Idaho people or Idaho interests in their efforts to procure lower freight rates on any commodity whatever and that Ogdens attitude was not one of antagonism to any rate for any shipper in the Gem state.
