The commissioners are: Frank W. Stratford, four-yea- r term; term and Harvey P. Randall, two-yeAmasa Hammon, holdover commissioner for two more years. This board is composed of Welter county men who have been born in the county, and who will work for the upbuilding of the city and county. ar Frank Stratford hHs for many years past been a member of the county school board, and was instrumental in the bringing about of the new county high school, on North Washington avenue. He ia a son of the late K. A Stratford, one of Ogdens pioneer merchants and founder of a furniture house. son is the city commissioner and manager of the I Very estate, which has buiit (he Egyptian theatre, the White City Gardens, and other buildings of prominence in the city.
