Around North Ogden there are about 3.000 acres of land that are irrigated by the water from the North Ogden Irrigation companys ditches, all nf which are directly affected by the failure of (he company to deliver water. The irrigation company claims a prior right to the water in question and asserts that the farmer of the Eden district have n secondary right to the water. In their answer the attorneys for the defendants .deny tha claims of the Plaintiffs and claim prior right to the water.
