The board of managers of the Ogden Florence Crittenton Home met in the mayor's office, Monday, Oct. 3rd. Reports of ths secretary-treasure- r, corresponding secretary and matron were read and approved. The secretary then reported that at a called meeting the president, lira. Middleton, had resigned her office, and with much retreat, her resignation was accepted. Mrs Lyman was elected to fill the vacancy. Ths board endorsed the action of the called meeting. The resignation of the treasurer, Mrs Jas. G. Paine, was then rend.
