That llie particular grounds of contest in this matter are aa follows: (a) The said Henry 11. Rolapp received at said election for said office of Judge of the Second Judicial District Court a greater number of the legal votes cast than were at said election cast for ur received by any other person for Raid office. (b) That at- said election illegal votes wore received by the Judges of election in the following named election precincts or districts: and tliat such votes were wrongfully received and cast and were wrongfully counted for the said James A. Howell, In the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, lOtn, 12th and lSih election districts or precincts of Ogden City; in tiie election district of Roy, West Weber, No. 1, West Weber No. 2, Hooper City No. 1. Huopt--r City No. 2, Huntsville No. 1, Huntsville No. and 2, Liberty Eden, in Weber County; Layton (District No. 10), Lsyton (District No, 11), Farmington (District No. 7), Centerville (District No. 5), Bountiful (District No. 4), Bountiful (District No, 3), West Bountiful (District No. 2), South Bountiful (District No. 1) and Syracuse (District No. 15), in Davis County; and the election districts of Canyon Creek, Milton, Peterson, Porterville and South Morgan, In Morgan County. (c) That there was misconduct and errors made by ths County Commissioners of Weber County, sitting as a Board of Canvassers, in canvassing the returns of said election in Weber County, and in declaring tiie result of said election, in this: That the said Board of Canvassers canvassed the returns of Hooper City No. 1 Election District, which said returns were in all respects regular and complete upon their face, and wrongfullv added to said returns the number of 57 more votes for said DECEMBER 2: r - Howell. (r) That prior to said election, held as aforesaid, said Howell, by himself and through other persons acting for and in his behalf and for hia benefit, offered to pay to one Peterson tbe sum of (200.00, fur (he purpose of Inducing the said Peterson to vote for Mid Howell at said election, and for the further purpose of using part oi such money tn inducing other electors resident within said Second Judicial district to vote for said Howell at Mid election.
