Any person who shall alter, change or deface the Inspector's mark on any barrel, cask or other vessel containing liquor so inspected or ottered for sale, or shall reduce in strength or adulterate the same, shall be. liable, to u fine in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars, or to imprisonment not exceeding three months, or to both, for every such offense. Sec. 7. It shall be the further duty of said Inspector to furnish the a of said city report of the kinds and proof strength of all liuuors inspected by him, with the names ot the persons ottering such liquors for sale.
