HeralXs Washington: It is rumored that five southwestern Congressmen and one New Yorker (Cox) will refuse to go into the Democratic caucus on Monday. The southwestern men are said to be Hooker and Chalmers (Miss.), Ellis (La.), Mills (Texas), and one other. to be Subdued.
