The members elect of the City Council of Ogden city, met in the City Hall, Feb. 14th, 1879, and qualified to fill their respective offices by fifing bonds and subscribing to the required oath. The Recorder, the Marshal and the Assessor and Collector, also duly qualified, when the Hon. Lester J. Ilerrick occupied the chair. Roll was called, and minutes of the tormer meeting were read and ac cepted. Messrs.
