No bones broken., We avo pleased to learn that Mrs. Lizzie Jost, who for several days past has been suffering with a very severe indisposition, has recovered wooden boxes,lined with tin or zinc. The material is then transferred to these boxes or'fooolcr8, "and permitted to remain foraday or two. The soap js then in a sufficiently dry condition to be placed upon the "slabber" a frame with wire cutters which slices the soap into good- sized tablets or slabs. These slaps of soap are then placed upon a smaller machine, much upon the same principle as tho "slabber," called the "cutter." The soap is then stripped up into lengths, and then transferred to tho drying racks. Hero they are permitted to remain until they be como thoroughly dry, when they are once more subject to tho "cutter," and reduced to tho ordinary S'piaro, merchantable bars, The soap is now in pretty good condition for use; but the manufacturers desiro that the public shall know who made the ar ticle; therefore,' the bars are taken over to the "stamper," in tho north end of the finishing room, and there they receive the impression of the firm name. Next comes the papering and boxing, which being done, tho article in ready for market.
