asked the bense of the house as to employing clerical labor to correct the report during tho the consideration of the report mr booth introduced a resolution censuring D bockholt in his his action as clerk af salt lake county mr penrose stated that some persons did not desiro desire the publication of the re report ort in in question I if fit it bo be referred mk back to the county court it would not riot be again received before tho tile close of the session mr stout I thought that the law did not r require aire the county count clerk cler k to make the report but ratimir rather tho the court itself r mr F francis rancis stated that the court was cognizant of the action odthe of the clerk mr dalton considered that th e law of 1880 was not ful fully I jr complied with the committee on oil
