Ohio, Jan. 2 Unless something unforeseen Intervenes, tho meeting of the National Baseball commission com-mission at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning morn-ing will break nil rocords for shortness short-ness of duration. Chairman August Herrmann shortly before departing for Lnughrey island, where the meeting will bo held, said- "Tho entire meeting will bo over in ten minutes." Tho commission will hear the report re-port of Chairman Herrmann and of Secretary Bruce. President Lynch of the National league and President Johnson of the American leaguo, will re-eloct August Herrmann of Cincinnati, Cincin-nati, chairman This will bo followed follow-ed by the re-election of Secretary Bruce. Chairman Herrmann's report Is ox-pocted ox-pocted to deal with tho question of allowing players to play In the winter months, but no action is expected at this time. In fact, the joint meeting of tho commission from the National and Amorican leagues will overshadow tho meeting of the National commission.
