Kuhn & H Bros, of Ogden and Arthur Kuhn in H the libel suit brought against tbom H by William Spielberg, a traveling H clothes salesman, was affirmed in an H opinion handed down by the supreme H court Tuesday morning, Spielberg H I brought suit against the company and M Arthur Kuhn for $8000 compensatory M damages and $3000 exemplary dam- M ages for alleged defamation of his H character. He lost the case because H ho was at the time of the alleged H libel engaged in lawsuits with both H companies. 1 Tho judgment of the third district H court In favor of Agnes Evans for H $2500 against the Glen Falls Insur- H ance company was reversed in an H opinion handed down by the supreme H court and the case was remanded for H a new trial. Tho case involved Inaur- B ance on certain household property H which was destroyed in tho Redman H "Van and Storage company fire. No- H vomber 13, 1307. She said the poN H icy had been extended, but this was H . denied by the insurance company. |
