WHEREAS, at an election duly called call-ed and held in the City of Ogden City, Weber County, State of Utah, on the sixth day of September, 1910, after notice thereof had been duly glveji for the time and In the mannor re quired by law, more than a majority of the ballots cast at said election were In favor of the Issuing of the bonds of said City to the amount of Ono Hundred-Thousand Dollais ($100,000) for the purpose of constructing a water works svstem; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Ogden City, Utah: Section 1. That there are hereby directed to be Issued One Hundred (100) Water Works Bpnds of the Citj of Ogden City of One Thousand Dollars Dol-lars ($1,000) each, dated the first day o'f May, 1911, and Twonty-flvo Thousand Thou-sand Dollars ($25,000) In amount thereof to become due on the first day of May In each of tho years 1912 to 1915, Inclusive, which said bonds shall bear interost, ovidenced by coupons, at the rate of five (5) per centum per annum, paablc semi-annually.
