Honeywell of St. Louis, today withdrew with-drew from the national elimination balloon race that is to start from here July 11 in order that his bal loon "Uncle Sam ' may he piloted by Paul McCullough of St. Louis, another an-other entrant in the race In , the withdrawal of Captain Honeywell reduced re-duced the number of entrants to ten. It orlginalh was planned that McCullough Mc-Cullough should pilot the balloon "Million Population Club" but this balloon was destroyed In the recent Portland, Ore., race. The Com mercfal club held a Peach day booster meeting last night to determine the sentiment of the citizens in regard to holding a celebration In this city.
