Show SELLING LIQUOR WITHOUT LICENSE This morning's session of the municipal mu-nicipal court netted the city $5. The "five" was forfeited by Fred Stone, who was charged with riding a bl-cj bl-cj cle on the sidewalk The only other cases called were those of the City vs. John Dor Nit h ols. Albert Ashman and William Dob-bio, Dob-bio, alleged drunks, and V. Yada. a Japanese, charged with selling liquor without a license In the first case Nichols pleaded guilt and was given a five-day suspended sentence. The other two men in the same case pieaded not guilty and their hearings were tet for tomorrow morning The case against the Japanese .as continued until tomorrow morning. m request of Attorney J, D.
