Show ANOTHER WOMAN IN THE DIVOHCE CASE Tho divorce case of Florence W. Cunningham against Lewis C. Cun-Dlngbahl Cun-Dlngbahl is being tried before Judge James A. Howell, today and will likely i not be concluded before tomorrow. In her complaint. Mrs. Cunnlng- ! ham alleges that her husband has tailed to provide the. necessities of life for the family and that he has bestowed lils affections on another woman. Mrs. Christina Harrop and her daughter testified that they had seen Mr. Cunningham in the company of j the woman on numerous occasions I and that his attentions had attracted the attention of neighbors. Mm. Cuningham also testified to the estrangement of Mr. Cunningham ami his attentions paid to the West woman The defendant denies the allegations allega-tions of the complaint and will introduce intro-duce testimony to refute that which Is given by the plaintiff Today Mrs Ella Wilklns filed a new divorce action In the district court against her husband, Frank L. Wilkins, on the grounds of cruelty. The plaintiff alleges that she mar neil the defendant May 7, 1910, and that for aome lime past he has been in the habit of calling her bad names and otherwise mistreating her. She states that In June of this year he attempted to assault her and that in April he threatened to kill her. Mrs. Wilkins asks for divorce, costs ot RUit and attorney fees, and $15 a month alimony The foimcr case was dismissed yesterday afternoon without prejudice. |
