Blankenship, who is charged with selling and serving liquor li-quor without a license, would be tried by Justice Horace Shurtliff of Har-nsville. Har-nsville. unless something unforeseen comes up before the justice sets a date for the trial, The attorneys for the defendant and the prosecution failed to agree on a trial Judge within the legal space of time allowed after the disqualification dis-qualification of the municipal court judge, and the papers in the case were sent to Justice Shurtliff by Mu niclpal Clerk I.
