clausen but a young domestic named miss annie the latter murder is believed to have been committed about february ast 1st of the present year A warrant for the arrest of rev francis hermanns has been sworn to by mr john ane compliant charges hermanns with the murder of miss henrietta clausen the pastora study has been searched and in his trunk were found articles belonging to both of the missing girls these are but a few of the many details that have come to light and the officers are now thoroughly convinced that miss clausen was deliberately murdered by the minister and her body cremated the that hermanns chloroformed chloro formed miss clausen in his study oa sunday night september 29 and cremated her body on monday september 30 is now generally accepted as the method of murder and bedroom upon his return she continued to occupy the room for sleeping purposes while he took a room in the rear of the building from which the study could be entered without observation this was an
