Show AFTER A SHORT ILLNESS HE SUC TO A PARALYTIC STROKE DEATH WAS EXPECTED during his life he won the esteem and friendship of AU who knew him in ogaden and an enviable reputation in eastern business circles sunday morning at to the inevitable summons of death after a brave struggle of over a week with a most affliction hig constitution at last rave way and the vw believed of his sufferings although expected the news of his death caused universal regret probably no ann in the city had a larger circle of friends personally and through business assoni it ions ing all the qualities of a good citizen of a strongly religions temperament progressive gres sive and energetic in and at the head of one of ogdena most prominent business houses hig death will b felt in almost all circles of life two weeks ago he was apparently healthy and active in his business duties and his friends looked forward to many years of usefulness for him for he was still young as men reckon time and his power for good to the community to his friends to his business arid his family was he was one of those men whose good qualities are many but are hidden through gelf abnegation but those who knew mclaren boyle knew that he was foremost among men and they felt honored by his friendship death came probably no a welcome relief to his sufferings which he has endured during the past week he suffered i a paralytic stroke one week ago saturday and the disease afflicted hia entire right side and entirely bereft him of the power of speech 0 o that he was unable to give to his thoughts after first being afflicted everything that medical science could suggest or careful attain was done for him but w of no avail the patient steadily bank under the heavy inroads of tho disease and tired nature soon to the inevitable his death was expected and gathered about his bedside the end came were those relatives who were in the aty at tire time As has been stated A mclaren baylo was well known in all the circles of the life of this city he was born in ogden on the day of february and bis home has always been in this city he engaged in the furniture business with hia father in 1880 and thoroughly mastered that business so that in 1888 he was made president and general manager of the company which position he held despite the fact that the company was organized reorganized re up to the time of hh rf eath throughout his entire business career he displayed such business integrity and loyal personal tiCH that he made a friend of nil with whom lie had business dealings he is well known and has hosts of friends in all large business centers ot the east at the time of his death he was superintendent perin of the second ward school in trie liand ling of which ho displayed the tame thoroughness that marked his course li other alks of life As a result that Sunday school is ono of the best in the department of the church of jesus christ of latter day sainta he was also a member of the quorum of he leaves a widow and four son ashby milton hay the latter was the oldest of the children and is at present on a mission in germany hii mother mrs elizabeth boyle and two brothers john A boyle and wallace boyle survive him the funeral ben ices will be held wednesday at 3 p TO and it is probable will take place from the second ward meeting house that edifice is being decorated by loving friends of the do ceased for the occasion but it is possible that the demand for a larger aiace i made by throngs of friends of the de to be made may came a change and the funeral services in that caso may be held at the |
